Unconscious Bias: Shadow Work and Spirituality

Diversity, equity and inclusion can be the biggest entry point for the most salient shadow work you’ll ever do.

In this workshop you’ll learn how to align your stated values of community and healing with tangible follow through. We will be examining why unconscious biases are so hard to address and how it impacts our day-to-day lives, as well as our professional lives. With the use of shame resiliency, we will make sure our nervous systems stay regulated while engaging with this topic.

We will be learning actionable accountability and utilizing radical empathy as a tool to better prepare yourself as a professional and individual.

No one can escape the impact of our unconscious biases and in this workshop, you’ll learn how to tackle them head on. We will also cover how you can show up for the marginalized folks in your work and community without being performative in a growing political landscape. Lean into your leadership and leave the workshop knowing how to better integrate diversity, inclusion and equity holistically in your life and work.

This workshop is part of the Online Somatic Embodiment Training and is open to the public.
